How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

This will depend on the product and whether it is being produced locally or overseas (indent). Local production is usually around 2 weeks, and overseas production can be anything from 4 weeks via Air to 12 weeks by sea freight. We will advise you of the lead time at the time of ordering.

Do you have a catalogue?

We have over 100 different catalogues covering many product categories, we also source custom designed products. There are simply too many products to put into one catalogue so we don't try to. The best way to find the right promotional product for your campaign is to talk to us about what you are trying to achieve and we can make some recommendations that are specific to your needs.

Can i get samples?

Yes we can supply you with samples in most cases, we will issue a pro-forma invoice for the samples which is only payable if the samples are not returned or returned damaged.

What branding methods do you offer?

Embroidery, Pad printing, Offset printing, Screen printing, Laser engraving and embossing. We will advise you the best method for your chosen products.

What artwork formats do you accept?

For embroidery Jpeg files or hard copy such as business cards, letterheads etc will suffice. For all other branding methods preferred formats are EPS, Illustrator, photo shop or corel draw. Note: all files should be vector art with text saved as curves and resolution at least 300 DPI.

What if i don't have the artwork in the above formats?

In most cases if your graphic designer does not have the artwork, if you can obtain the artwork from your current stationary printer they will usually have it in the right format. However if you still have no success we can redraw the artwork for a small fee.

Can i order different coloured products with the same print or the same coloured product with different coloured prints?

Yes in most cases this possible, in the case of differnt coloured prints there may be an extra charge for changing machine settings we will advise you of any extra cost at time of ordering.

What methods of payments do you accept ?

Cheque, credit card (B/card, M/card or Visa) cash, online bank transfers.

Can i get a credit account?

Yes ask our account dept to send you a credit application form. Once we receive the completed form we will advise you of the outcome. Note this may take up to 2 weeks.
